Your details are safe with us
We’re a small home studio in Aveiro. If you give us your name or email, it’s so we can make something for you, teach you something, or send you the newsletter. That’s it.
- We never sell or share your details.
- No ads, no trackers, no cookies following you around. The site only counts page visits, without knowing who you are. The only cookie remembers the language you chose.
- Our emails don’t track opens or clicks.
- Ask any time and we’ll show you, change or delete what we have.
What we keep
Only what you give us: your email and interests if you join the mailing list, and your name, contact details and what you ordered for orders, kit requests and classes. Every newsletter has a one-click unsubscribe.
Vercel, Upstash, Resend and Google Workspace run the website, database, emails and inbox for us. They only use your details to provide that service, under the GDPR.
The words Catherine writes on the site are translated into Portuguese with help from Anthropic (Claude). Only the site’s own text is sent, never your details.
Your choices
We keep your details while you’re a customer or on the mailing list. To see, correct, copy or delete them, just email contact@claycactuscollective.org and Catherine will sort it within 30 days (invoices stay for tax records). If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled anything, tell us, or contact Portugal’s data protection authority, the CNPD.
